Refund Policy

Eligible requests

These publications provide downloadable digital access. All sales are final once viewer access or a download is delivered. Pre-delivery cancellation is available only where the payment provider permits.

Contact support within seven calendar days of the provider's paid timestamp if there was a duplicate charge or unauthorized charge, paid access could not be provided and was not restored after reasonable troubleshooting, or the delivered file was a materially defective, corrupt, or incorrect publication.

Eligibility is reviewed against the PayMongo or PayPal record and the circumstances of the request. Approval and the available remedy are subject to applicable law, provider rules, and facts that can be verified; this policy is not an unconditional refund guarantee.

Ordinary exclusions

A change of mind after access, sharing a file or password, losing a saved file or password, selecting shared-device mode, clearing browser cookies, or using an unsupported reader does not ordinarily establish refund eligibility when the purchased publication remains conforming and the disclosed recovery path is available.

This policy does not replace or limit any mandatory remedy for a defective, nonconforming, misdescribed, or undelivered digital product, or any other non-waivable right under the Consumer Act, Internet Transactions Act, or other applicable law.

How to request review

Send the configured support address your gateway, provider receipt or order reference, original verified fulfillment email, purchase date, and a concise explanation. Do not send card numbers, wallet secrets, bank credentials, passwords, or verification codes.

Research commerce remains disabled until the merchant identity, merchant address, and support email are configured and shown at checkout. LucyOS does not substitute a placeholder address.

If approved, the refund is initiated through PayMongo or PayPal when available. Provider and payment-source processing times control when funds appear. A refund, reversal, or dispute ends eligibility for new viewer leases, recovery grants, and encrypted downloads.
