Terms of Sale

Purchase and delivery
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos. Your fulfillment email must be verified before LucyOS opens PayPal or QRPH hosted checkout, or creates a GCash proof order. A redirect or uploaded image is not proof of payment: access begins only after LucyOS confirms the provider record or the owner independently confirms the matching GCash transaction, product, amount, currency, and payment status.
The emailed purchase confirmation is not a tax invoice. Any tax or official-invoice document must be separately issued by the configured merchant when legally applicable.
These publications use email-only delivery as encrypted PDF attachments by email. All sales are final once the encrypted publication message is accepted by the configured email provider. Provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. Pre-delivery cancellation is available only where the payment provider permits. This final-sale rule does not remove mandatory remedies for a duplicate or unauthorized charge, non-delivery or inaccessible service, materially corrupt or incorrect content, or any other non-waivable right under applicable law.
GCash orders remain held after proof upload. The buyer-supplied receipt is normalized, stored privately, and presented to the owner; only an explicit owner approval queues publication delivery. A rejected, expired, or unmatched proof does not trigger delivery.
Personal publication license
A completed purchase grants one buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the purchased publication. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, sublicense, or share the file or document password.
This is access control, not digital rights management. An opened file can be captured, printed, extracted, or copied. LucyOS does not claim that PDF encryption is uncopyable or impossible to bypass.
Email delivery and document protection
After verified payment, an individual purchase sends one encrypted publication with its receipt. A bundle sends its summary and receipt first, followed by one encrypted publication per message in catalog order.
The purchase summary contains the deterministic password used for each AES-256 encrypted publication. The unencrypted purchase receipt never contains that password or buyer identity.
Redelivery and service limits
LucyOS provides no permanent account, lifetime access, or hosted library. Redelivery requires fresh payment-provider verification and the signed purchase context from the purchase result. It is not guaranteed after provider records become unavailable.
Provider outages, ambiguous payment state, refunds, reversals, disputes, or failed encryption cause delivery to fail closed. If a bundle fails after its summary is accepted, redelivery may repeat messages already accepted by the email provider.
Hosted-provider redelivery depends on its signed browser context. Manual GCash delivery instead uses a durable, retryable order and email outbox so an approved order can recover from partial delivery. Email-provider acceptance still does not confirm inbox placement.
